1. Products & personalization

She-Kee sells personalized travel organizers. Because items are made to order with custom names, letters, and stickers, personalized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun, except where the product is faulty or damaged.

2. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

3. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Personalized items are final sale unless faulty. To start a return, email mailhermann+shekee@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, and the She-Kee name and logo, is owned by She-Kee and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She-Kee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products.
